I broke my protein intake rule of 30% minimum. Today Sir issued punishment to remind me this rule will not be broken. I prepared a protein rich breakfast and blended to mush into dog bowl. Ate with fork & sitting on punishment mat. 90 min corner time followed with bowl on head.
