I've been to OSS events, Rust and non-Rust, and run by @rustnl.bsky.social and not run by them.
By far, RustNL has always run the smoothest in my experience, and has been what *this* community is looking for.
I think part of that is the population of attendees, and a lot of hard organizing work. ❤️
