I rarely comment much on creation of my artworks, but this project was special to me. Not only because emotional scenes are a rather rare type of commission (which I actually really love), but also because the story conceived by the author resonated deeply with me! <3

Despite really liking (and still liking) the idea of a two-bodied character, originally, I created Marissa as a reflection of my strange mental glitch - depersonalization, and the two-bodiedness didn’t quite accurately reflect it
