By a vote of 48-45 the #Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Anthony Powell to be a District Judge for the District of Kansas.
The vote was party-line with Senators Bennet, Blackburn, Crapo, Graham, Moreno, Smith, and Tills not voting.
