Hard to recall a time when U,S. leaders and institutions have looked so pathetic, so full of rot, on the world stage. Jimmy Carter deserves a wholehearted apology.
I see the “Iran needs missiles” taking points have gone out.
Consistent with my prediction that Trump could get most of his party in Congress to swallow anything.
If only these Senators had some constitutional authority beyond whining.
I get the impulse to "Leopards, faces, etc" these stories. But doing so misses a much bigger and more important point: The nation's largest, most powerful GOP state organization has gone all-in on unfiltered hatred - to the point that it stunned those who've spent their life confronting such hate.
