my fault, it's the chud canvas noising algorithm, i have to fix it you can disable it temporarily via helium://flags/#helium-noise-canvas (but i'd also like if you didn't compress images by shoving them into a canvas and then reading from it, but who am i to tell you what to do)
the chromium 145 impl is unusable, we backported a lot of code from upstream and then built on top of it
