I've just finished reading the first two issues of We're Taking Everyone Down With Us by @ashcanpress.com and Stefano Landini.
What a fantastic book.
There's something (and I mean this as a huge compliment) very 2000AD about it. Great stuff!
Just read @iandunt.bsky.social's newsletter and was really happy to see two things:
First, that Brink and Sex Criminals were given as comic recommendations. Both fantastic books that don't get talked about anywhere near as often as they should!
And second, describing dogs as 'a machine for
Peter David was the writer who got me back into comics 15 years ago.
I'd read someas a kid, but drifted away. I randomly grabbed Madrox: Multiple Choice and it led to me reading his X-Factor follow-up which is still my favourite comic run of all time.
