...code-compliant accessory dwelling units (ADUs) as of right--and then sell them? Or let two homeowners build an ADU between them? Why is this typically forbidden? Could it help end the stranglehold of single-family zoning? (I'm sure this has been thought of before, I just don't know the answer.)
