A federal court just blocked Ken Paxton’s lawsuit against Democratic fundraising platform ActBlue. The judge ruled that Paxton filed the lawsuit in an attempt to sabotage Democrats’ ability to fundraise online– namely his opponent, James Talarico.
Governor Abbott closed out his speech at the Texas GOP convention with a live elephant. It then peed on the floor as it left the room. The perfect metaphor for the Texas Republican Party.
