so iterated on skills to mitigate llm deception, rot, etc. asked it to create "reliable partner" skill. claude created it to my requirements to reuse for claude. yet the yaml frontmatter exceeded what claude would allow for an upload.

also, fyi, you still have to trigger the llm to activate the skill in the prompt even if you "turn it on" in the customized section.
in other words, it is similar to doing a pip install/loading libraries before working on a project.
