My concern goes beyond Platner, even if he wins, tbh. I keep pointing out that all elections are now national elections. I hope that having to defend him does not cause problems in other races.
Really need apologists to understand the message they're sending to women, girls, & victims. This is the access hollywood tape all over again. Telling us this is normal, acceptable, good even is confession. Women shouldn't have to feel this way from their own party.

I get this. I also get that the single most important thing is to strip power from Trump, and not voting for Platner (whether it involves voting for another Dem, or Collins, or no one) impedes that goal. But it's a terrible choice either way.
