Toy Story 5 is another exceptional entry in Pixar’s long running franchise. While it may not reach the highs of earlier entries, it has plenty of merit with its themes, animation, and especially the way they expanded Jessie. I loved it. I’ll give you my review very soon.

The main concern I got for Shrek 5 is that they don't need to rely too much on the contemporary references and shock value remember there's a wit to Shrek's humor I want less twerking Gingy type jokes
Honestly, one of these or both (depending on how you view it) are honesty worse than a Shrek 5 if anything. That said, DreamWorks will be fine at the end of the day; they've survived much worse eras if anything like with Sinbad nearly bamkrupting their studio:
Not going to be the ultimate Shrek 5 defender (or even much of a defender), but did any of you remember that DreamWorks is also releasing these other two films next year as well before Shrek?

Five years ago today, Luca was released. One of Pixar's coziest and sweetest films, this simple story indulges with its summer slice of life charms, its Ghibli-inspired animation, and also just a loveable cast of characters. I hope Pixar makes more small scale films like it.
