RETURNS from DC: Janeese Lewis George, the progressive candidate for mayor, has a huge lead with the first 93K ballots. She is up 52.5% to 36.8% for Kenyan McDuffie. Remember DC has RCV; but at this moment, George is already above 50% in first choices. There were 127K ballots in 2022 primary.
