What a great time to leave the US and join an awesome lab, led by someone who has taught me most of the techniques I’ve learned in my PhD. (Including babying me through multiple western blots…😂)
Received the most appalling message from NIH about my F99/K00 proposal, just....wow. Apparently including trainees from diverse backgrounds "does nothing to expand our knowledge of living systems". #NIH #HHS #StandUpForScience
Final presentations for Physiology 2025 were last weekend; the students did an awesome job. @sseethar.bsky.social, @andyletzhang.bsky.social, @squishycell.bsky.social, and I were all very proud 🤩.
