My first reaction when reading that Anthropics Fable model was blocked by the US government was: I wonder if that actually happened.
My instinct was to question if Anthropic had faked an official memo from the department of defence.
This is pretty much what I expected ( he said after the fact).
The combination of staggered text animations and scroll timeline works really well.
These effects are not new, but they just got so much simpler to do without an animation library.
They really nailed scroll-driven animations in CSS 👏👏👏

I think it is important to make a distinction between doing creative work and accessing creative work.
When LLMs produce a creative solution to a given problem, it is replicating solutions it has seen before.
For a given task that distinction is irrelevant but for understanding LLMs it is key
