Tens of thousands of people across the country have been following ACLU of Delaware v. Town of Fenwick Island, our challenge to the town's practice of allowing corporations and other artificial entities to vote in municipal elections.

The ACLU of Delaware is appealing the dismissal of our challenge to Fenwick Island's artificial entity voting system.
We're taking this case to the Delaware Supreme Court.
