I guess we can thank public education that the Statehouse refuses to fund and is actively attacking municipalities’ ability to fund by sucking money out of districts with school vouchers.

Dover's in the same boat. The City joined CPCNH to achieve competitive energy rates for our citizens and to capture innovation and consumer advocacy benefits that would drive prices down in the future. Competition is good. Free market and such, etc., etc. 3/6
