Great talk by Aukje Beers at the @led3hub.bsky.social Symposium. She talked about her work on new chemical tools for studying the function of the glycerophosphodiesterase GDE4 with important implications in pediatric neural cancers.
I am very happy that Yorick van Aalst represented our group with a great talk at the 3rd @led3hub.bsky.social PhD/postdoc symposium. He gave exciting insights into his project on mining the human proteome for druggable pockets.

Very happy that Menno Valk represented our group at the @led3hub.bsky.social Symposium with a Flash Talk on his project, in which he uses base editing to study the essentiality of individual amino acid residues in bacteria.
Make sure to visit him at his poster to discuss his exciting project!
Very insightful keynote lecture by Howard Hang from @scripps.edu at the 3rd @led3hub.bsky.social PhD/Postdoc Symposium. He talked about his group's impressive research on using chemical tools to better understand host-microbe interactions in health and disease.
