imho if you're in scicomm and working DIRECTLY with people you're communicating to*, it's helpful to see if their relationship to science needs to be repaired and to give them the tools to do that.
*rather than publishing books, releasing podcasts etc. - still important but not relevant to this
nothing like having a curiosity itch you can't scratch because the exact volumes of a magazine you need are nowhere to be found digitally or to buy hard copies 😭
