ESA says anti-deepfake act could 'devastate' video game industry
The No Fakes Act makes no distinction between harmful deepfakes and legitimate digital replicas, ESA argues.
This transition will affect roughly 2.5 million civil servants as part of a 2026 strategy to achieve "digital sovereignty."
France already has a successful precedent; the national police force has operated 100,000 computers on Linux since 2008, proving that such a massive shift is feasible.

Working on the achievement art for Legacy of Subjugation's 14 endings is bringing home the scope of what I've managed to achieve (Ha!) in the last 3 years. They really cover a lot of territory (and time).
I've only had to rerender one of them as there was no clean headshot.

Decided on a design philosophy shockingly fast and am honestly pretty damn happy with how they look. Thankfully I hoard working files so I've had no problem getting clean no BG headshots so far. I am thinking 25-ish achievments... 14 for the endings and a few more.
