It may have. I seriously hate AI everything and I need to stop using Google.
Google's AI-driven search results hallucinated an amazing yet totally false scenario: Namely, that Ken wrote an RPG based on this comic, called Domain of the Warlord, and that it was published by Metagaming Concepts! I didn't screencap it, and I can't seem to replicate it. But I haven't wanted to
see a piece of fictional media this bad since the time I imagined a psychedelic '70s Elric adaptation, helmed by Jodorowsky and starring Johnny Winter.
Must be why this was my favorite album when I was 16 (and it might be still)
I've been re-reading Warlord, an old sword & sorcery comic series from the great Mike Grell. It's about an Air Force pilot who bails out over the Arctic, finding himself in the hollow earth land of Skartaris. A world of sorcery, swords and dangerous creatures. Of dinosaurs and demons. It premiered

in 1976 and reminds me of the kitchen sink fantasy of Tunnels & Trolls, which author Ken St. Andre has freely admitted was inspired in part by comic books. I Googled "Ken St. Andre Warlord Comic," or something similar, wondering if Ken had ever mentioned Warlord in any interviews or anything.
on to say that if I liked the CD, could I just sent them cash. At that point, I'd have sent the money even if I hated it (which I didn't). I sent the green, obvs. Sometimes you'd get label/distro samplers, which was cool. Once I got tapes of what else the artist was listening to at the time.
