no amount of mass surveillance or age segregation will ever do more to prevent child abuse than critically demolishing the concept that they are the private property and pet project of their parents and guardians, free to raise or neglect them almost however they like
a lot of artists might need an option to commission them to do a lil bit of silly on their own whim
and also for a break.
if i had money, i would make so many empty commissions that simply be like "here, have 500 or so, go do some free time"
