Being a Moon fey, Alwen and Astarion's bedroom aestetic is more moon/star oriented, which contrast a lot with the whole Sun themed of the kingdom. And thanks to their symbiosic/magic bond, Astarion can stand in the sun just like when they were plagued with the tadpoles.

Now that she had found Astarion again (as a vampire), they have restored their magical bond, but this time it's stronger. Their very souls are entwined, they feel everything the other feel through their bond. If Astarion was to die, the pain would most likely kill her too as it would feel like

Alwen went through that once, after she list her wings and ger bond with Astarion was shattered. At the time, she still had to free her people from Morgane, so she focussed sorely on that, knowing full well that it would take her life, and she was fine with that.
her soul has been ripped in two. And if it doesn't kill her in the next days, she would wither away like a flower without sun and water, as the emptiness would eat her from the inside...
Testing some stuff today 💜 the last glasses I made with my sublimation press were quite pale for some reasons, so now I'm making some more tests to find the best way to print them 🥰
