"A Hole Cut in the Wall of the World" is in this-- it's another of my Salish Sea stories, from my 2025 collection THE OTHER SHORE. The story is creepy and allowed me to write scraps of modernist poetry, which I loved. And how cool is it that we have a Year's Best Ecofiction?
