The thing I think a lot of people don't understand about the Melee Puff guy is like. He *was* breaking the rules! There are rules against stalling with the purpose of prolonging the game in basically every Melee ruleset ever, and that is very much what he was doing
-“Miscellaneous bug fixes”
-No actual bug fixes to be found
-Dark Phoenix completely removed from the game
