Looking forward to this conference in Paris tomorrow, organised under the auspices of @leaypi.bsky.social 's Chair at the @college-de-france.fr - "Socialism and Liberal Egalitarianism: a necessary dialogue". We all need a horizon of hope beyond capitalism! www.college-de-france.fr/en/agenda/sy...

Many thanks to all those who discussed it with me, and provided comments and criticisms, including four referees for OUP, whose reports led to many changes and improvements.
I have just got the physical copies of my book. It’s a nice feeling, but I must admit to being a bit taken aback but its slimness. ‘it’s a short book not only in pages’ as Rawls might have put it.
