Reading these threads I'm of the opinion that most people's food aversions are based on texture not taste.
I know mine are.

lol one of the foods you were supposed to introduce early to babies 20 years ago was cottage cheese. We gave a spoonful to our boy, his eyes rolled inward, he gagged a couple of times, and out came the stuff. Ended up at the other end of the table. Good times.
