Breakfast Lunch or Dinner Ingredients: 1. Sourdough slices 2. Oil for toasting bread 3. 2 eggs 4. 2 tablespoons your favorite shredded cheese 5. Salt , black pepper for eggs and avocado 6. 1 ripe avocado 7. Chili oil 8. Garnish- optional green onion, jalapeno slices and chili oil.
