17 days until retatrutide phase 3 data and here's some published and unpublished data on decreases in glucose, insulin resistance and fasting insulin levels in diabetics and non-diabetics. This just in obese patients and the decrease in fasting insulin is *enormous* over 50% and still dropping!
This is a crime.

Iโve officially resigned as Associate Editor for Frontiers in Systems Neuroscience. It used to be a reputable journal, but became a case study in how forced automation destroys academic integrity. ๐
I'll have A LOT of retatrutide thoughts. Alot. But these cardiometabolic improvements are stunning. 40% drop in triglycerides, 20% drop in LDL. 63% drop in hsCRP, 12 point reduction in BP. It's not a stretch to imagine this drug massively reducing death from CVD and CKD all on its own.
Cardiac resynchronization therapy restores ventricular synchrony in #HeartFailure patients with reduced ejection fraction and left bundle-branch block, improving function and lowering mortality. ๐งต
