#OnThisDay in 2003, EUMETSAT hosted the first International Ocean Colour Science meeting with NASA. It's just one example of our growing role in marine science over our 40 year history, including the founding of the @osi-saf.eumetsat.int in 1997 and joining the Jason-2 mission in 2003. #EUMETSAT40
