Here at #gamescom I see so many countries supporting their game developers with amazing booths, financial support, and visibility. It’s so sad that we don’t have a US organization who is supporting smaller developers with the logistics, promotion, and funding we need to succeed.
You step into the forest. The air hums with magic. Despite the warm sun, a mantle of mist prevents you from seeing too far ahead.

I am also listening to the #FourthWing graphic audio book while I’m running, and today was Chapter 30, which proved to be an effective distraction. 🔥
On my run this AM, 3/4 of the way in, I tripped, did my best flying squirrel, and landed on a bunch of gravel, giving myself some nasty cuts. Hello, 5 stitches, tetanus shot and antibiotics.
But mostly I’m just salty that my W7D2 C25K run was interrupted before I could complete it and log my time.
We just had such a great meal at Copine. Special shout out to their non-alcoholic beverage pairing, a great accompaniment to exceptional food.
I started Couch to 5 K again (I’ve done it many times, most recently in 2023). Today was week 5, day 3. IYKYK. Friends, I ran the whole damn 20 minutes without stopping at an 12:30 pace. This from the girl who couldn’t run a mile in under 12 minutes growing up.
I really want a Gestral stuffy.
