On my run this AM, 3/4 of the way in, I tripped, did my best flying squirrel, and landed on a bunch of gravel, giving myself some nasty cuts. Hello, 5 stitches, tetanus shot and antibiotics. But mostly Iā€™m just salty that my W7D2 C25K run was interrupted before I could complete it and log my time.
We just had such a great meal at Copine. Special shout out to their non-alcoholic beverage pairing, a great accompaniment to exceptional food.
