I'm one of the signatories to this letter. We note that NHS England's ban on hormone therapy by under-18 was proposed:
● without any clear rationale,
● on the basis of a methodologically-flawed process,
● in the absence of peer review,
● and without plans for monitoring impact or mitigating harm
