i am pretty sure last month's adderall generic did fuck all for me which is why I was struggling so hard. The new month looks the same but seems to be working better, maybe? I don't know how to request a different generic.

a little personal news, but I started therapy a couple months ago and it's working well for me. turns out I have the exec function to do teletherapy on a regular basis.
I'm really glad I have someone to babble at once a week lol

tip: if your dear ones complain about energy prices (valid) and the cost of running ac, point out that it costs less money and energy to just keep the system running than it does to start and stop it every time you wanna cool off
