I used to write em dashes with one dash or two dashes next to each other like "--"
Then a professor said I wrote em dashes wrong
But now people see em dashes and go "OH MY GOD IT'S CHATGPT"
So now using them wrong--like so--feels like the most authentic, trustworthy thing to do???
