Happy 75th birthday, Stellan Skarsgard.

THE DEVIL IN SILVER is already deep under my skin in one episode.
Weird how some artists are tying themselves in knots hiding they're using AI. She goes from competent color pencil artist with passable drawing skills to drawing exactly like bog standard Gen AI. Sigh. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_HU...
Witchy Wednesday Have to think it's inevitable I'll draw one of my witches by now. Here's one in my 7x5" watercolor journal.
DEVIL IN SILVER was a tight binge at six episodes. I agree with the changes in the ending, especially with the expanded development earlier on. One weird note landed in the climax with a minor character, but I'm not sure how they could have avoided it.
I think this is my first full color Moorcock character. I've known a few people with albinism, & they aren't alabaster white like stone, so that take on Elric never worked for me - the blood under his skin would still be visible. A tricky set of tones to play with, but satisfying

Arzach - watercolour I had a hard time deciding whether he was yellow or lime green, then shifted it further green after doing the red background since it felt too close to the recent Etrigan. My first Arzach without his robot bird mount, so I got to draw his puffy earrings.
