It will give more firepower to the MSR to stabilise prices in the future when needed, and will ensure a smoother start and operation of ETS2. This is a win for a fair and predictable transition!
Great to touch base with Minister @darraghobrientd.bsky.social 🇮🇪 ahead of Ireland’s EU Presidency in the second half of 2026. We discussed key climate priorities, including COP31 coordination and the ETS review.
Great to attend the opening of Thorizon test facility with @staskgg.bsky.social, Martijn van Gruijthuijsen and Peter Wennink. Small Modular Reactors have an important role to play in strengthening Europe’s competitiveness, energy security, and climate goals.
