Just in case anyone thinks Greg's experience is an anomaly, based on my ~3 months in the NDIA National Contact Centre, I was having these conversations with participants, families and support coordinators on a daily basis.
The 'cracks' that people are slipping through are more like fissures.
Fair to say this was written in anger, frustration and despair.
The NDIS cuts, and the way they are being done, are cruel.
They cannot be supported.
