Full thread worth a read.
Thanks for this diversion!
Thank you to all the amazing teachers and Math for America staff who helped make tonight’s event to connect new MfA Master Teachers to the greater MfA community! The rooms were filled with laughter, learning and excitement. What an exciting way to start my latest fellowship. #MfAProud #iteachmath
Getting ready for year 15 in NYC. #ITeachMath

OTD [19 Jan 2018]: I learned about the 31 page PDF, for Black History Month, to be released as a part of the Feb issue of Notices of the AMS Even as instability has reared its head in various ways during these 8 years, the *link* itself is still stable! ➡️ www.ams.org/journals/not... #iTeachMath ♾️
Well I finally read this one. It’s a relief when someone strings together words that describe many things one has always believed. It’s also something that I have to actively reflect on to improve my own practice (as human + teacher). Hope you are well!
My favorite holiday surprise! The title on the cover challenges me in a new way thanks to recent discussions with @dyong.bsky.social through @mathforamerica.bsky.social!
@drkysr.bsky.social keynote and smaller session really had me thinking about my future goals for a sabbatical from #iteachmath. The last few days of conversations with teachers around the city has really reinvigorated me. Definitely have more to tinker with to make it happen. Details forthcoming.
I just lost mine that my one year old very easily took apart, so I would like one of these more difficult ones!
