Maybe I'm talking too much "ideal world" here actually... honestly i just wished he could've expressed how he felt, and felt heard even just once by his friends. Even if the outcome was the same. That's it. That's the change.
I just wish Yuki didn't talk to Geto that time. And i wish Satoru and Shoko had been there for him more, and i wish he would've reached out as well. Maybe nothing would've changed, or maybe the three of them would've finally found a way to cut the cicle. To destroy the system, or to just get out.
