This is the thing that's driving me crazy is that the people who were on this show don't understand what made it good. I feel like the office lady's podcast actually gets it like when the show had more heart and yes the situational shock value humor was only part of the show. It's bc we're worn out.

I think The Office was a really good show. I think I ended up watching all except for the last season, by which point I'd just lost interest in it? But it was very much a sort of made for the broadest possible audience, lowest common denominator piece of culture?
