Blocking humanitarian organizations from accessing a medical breakthrough puts vulnerable people across the world in danger.
I still see too many users here unaware of this, and it's why we are never getting things like soft-blocking, restricted/locked accounts, or circles (and if we do, you shouldn't trust them).
Treat EVERYTHING you do on here INCLUDING DMs as though it is fully public (because it is!)
