Hereâs my thing, CM Johnston had two opportunities to timely file here legislation. She didnât. She filed two poorly written pieces of legislation, that the zoo data center wouldnât be subject to if the permits have already been awarded, that the state can preempt.

Who has an in with the Zoo? We need matching t-shirts for this. We will win if we have matching t-shirts. This is what my years of following the BZA, Planning Commission, and Council have taught me.
