The basic story here in Mass is that having to start all over and rebuild seniority in Markey's case -- and we're used to having seniority with folks like John McCormack, Tip O'Neil, Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, Katherine Clark, Jim McGovern, Richie Neal, etc. -- isn't a big deal ...
