Something strange is happening to the economy but not unexpected. A couple weekends ago I drove to my sister's the back way and noticed that at least half a dozen really large farms were for sale. Today while walking the dog I saw six homes and one fiveplex for sale. 1/
2/ Two houses sold on my block last month. I don't know if people are overextended or just ready to pick up and cash out or maybe a combination of both. But this is an unusual number of homes and properties for sale in my area anyway. I'm having a bit of PTSD and it's throwing me back to 2008.
