A lot of what matters most only becomes visible when you actually listen to what trial participants lived through.
Thank you, Ron. We need to pay more attention to the participant experience during the screening process and find better ways to minimize the extra burden. Researchers need to listen more to trial participants and apply their insights to the next iteration of a questionnaire or screening process.
