I got cold chills with mine today, so I tried a warm compress, and that helped a lot. I'll remember to try cool when I'm not having the chills with it! Thank you for the suggestion! (honestly, I'm just really happy I'm not light-sensitive this time)

Migraine day 2! 🤢 I have one thing to do today, and I can do it on my phone in vampire mode under a pile of blankets in bed.
It also put me in a pretty low mood state (bipolar downswing), which I expected but not as a direct influence).
