In hindsight, Nintendo opting to release the Switch 2 with just 256 GB of UFS 3.1 was probably a smart move. Means they're able to keep the price of the console lower than other handhelds with higher storage capacity base models (Steam Deck OLED, etc).

Steam Support rules. Feels like they'll always go the extra mile and bend over backwards to help resolve an issue. Reminds me a lot of Ye Olde Amazon and modern day Chewy. Good stuff.

I think a heads up really only helps or matters if there is actually stock available to purchase. The Steam Deck was sold out, so a heads up wouldn't have benefited anyone I don't think.
