You get the gist of this remarkable dialect in the comedy channel Tomppis memes (no subtitles). Tomppi is from the neighbouring parish Nedervetil, but their dialect is for our purpose virtually the same. Beyond Nedervetil it is, on the other hand, very very different!

I think this is actually a fair point, but that in itself contains the answer: his actions collapsed any coalition of supporters he originally had, from every direction. He failed to please /anyone./
