1/ more thoughts since people have asked influencing is about taste and aspiration. it's hard to demonstrate taste in magic because there is one company that makes magic cards. imagine how difficult it would be for a fashion influencer if uniqlo was the only clothier out there

I think it’s interesting that magic has very few influencers but many content creators. someone can be both but they are not the same.
